SHIPPING TYPES AND OPTIONS
UPS prepaid shipping options are available for selection during the checkout process, as well as ABF for items that require freight shipping. In addition, we currently accept the following carriers for collect shipments (in which you must provide your own carrier account number):

Most spare parts and products on the J.R. Merritt Controls Online Store can be shipped via standard shipping carriers and types. Some restrictions may apply.
Actimo Seat Assemblies require freight shipping due to their size and weight.
All packages are insured for the exact value of your order unless you advise us otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders (excluding Canada) are limited to collect shipping (COD) and will require a carrier choice, shipping method, and account # during the checkout process.
All international shipments fall under standard Incoterms – Ex Works. J.R. Merritt Controls is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT) or other fees that may be imposed by customs when your package reaches your country. Once your package(s) leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost packages, and you will not receive a refund.
